A lot of people are wary of theory and I have created a separate website dedicated to helping people to learn it. It is a very important part of TaeKwon-Do as it maintains the link between the art and its homeland, it also encourages the student to study at home, thus ensuring that they progress at a good rate and don’t just think about their training for the few hours a week that they are standing in the training hall.
