Swindon ITF school has many black belts and we strive to keep them challenged and improving as martial artists. These classes are often hard cardio workouts and can be challenging on both brain and muscle power.

As a senior grade you will sometimes be asked to teach and this is a great way to gain confidence and to progress.

 

In Taekwon-Do there is a constant search for perfection and the art itself has continued to improve and evolve over the years, we are always looking to improve and develop our Taekwon-Do and encourage our black belts to do the same.
